Moya Kombucha is a sparkling, delicious tea beverage delicately fermented in small batches using traditional methods. The unpasteurized drink delights with aroma density and a boost of probiotic bacteria, enzymes, vitamins, and nutrients.
In our small brewery in Chur, we produce our Kombucha from 100% bio ingredients and with great passion.
Moya fits everywhere: as a sports drink, for refreshment, with an aperitif or simply to do yourself some good.

Moya Kombucha is 100% natural and refrains from pasteurization so that all valuable ingredients are preserved and can unfold their magical power.

REGIONAL
We brew our finely sparkling Kombucha according to traditional brewing methods from filtered and energized Graubünden spring water.

ORGANIC
We use high-quality tea-herb-flower blends, self-collected elderflowers, fresh berries, and other local products. The breeding ground for our SCOBYs is sucanat whole cane sugar and apple syrup packed with many vitamins and minerals, which gives our kombucha its beautiful color.
Philosophie

I am Julia Della Santa and realize in "Julia's Loftkitchen" in Chur my dream of healthy, beneficial, and delicate pleasure. In my small cooking world, I offer cooking courses and pleasant discoveries for a healthy lifestyle. Because I have made the experience myself that healthy food and healthy beverages can make a big difference. Not only do they taste good and make you happy, but they also help and support you.
This is also how Moya Kombucha was born. It is the taste of my childhood and my friends, who have also contributed greatly to this project. In the small brewery, we brew in accordance with old traditions, with lots of love and craftsmanship. That is the reason why we would like to share it.
I believe in foods that have a history and are considered folk remedies. And that's exactly what KOMBUCHA is!
